Make a pet adoption keepsake
한국어Enter a name and the day you met, and the page draws one printable sheet you can save as PNG or PDF. It says plainly that the government paperwork happens elsewhere, and this sheet is kept nowhere.
First, plainly
Recording an animal with the authorities is done at a government office, not here. What we write is the day this one came home.
This keepsake was made to put a feeling into writing. It is kept nowhere and has no legal effect.
What this kind asks for
- Name
- How you met
- Who you live with
- The day you came home
What you get
One A4 page, portrait, as PNG and PDF. Print it and frame it, or send it as an image. It is a picture rather than a document with selectable text.
